James Hughes was born in Reno, NV and spent most of his life in Nevada, Southern California, and Tucson, Arizona. He joined the Air Force directly out of high school and retired 20 years later in 2015. He was a Crew Chief on HH-60G PaveHawk Helicopters, specializing in Combat Search and Rescue Operations. During his time in the Air Force, he deployed five times in support of Combat Operations in Iraq and Afghanistan. He spent 10 of his 20 years right here in the Las Vegas, stationed at Nellis Air Force Base. He has a Masters Degree in Project Management and a Bachelors Degree in Professional Aeronautics, both from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He is the Team Lead of Hughes Group, and an Expansion Agent from Team Integrity Tucson.

What an incredible experience. First due to family emergency we had to buy a house in Arizona and James got us an incredible realtor that helped us get a house there. Then we had to sell our house in Las Vegas and James took care of everything like it was his own. James & team represent the best real estate team we’ve ever worked with. Buying a new home, from another state, James helped us identify an opportunity before anyone else knew a lot became available. During the build, he kept in regular contact & acted as an intermediary with the builder when we had questions. Finally, at closing, when we noticed an error on the paperwork amounting to thousands of dollars, James was there. He asked for the Escrow Officer & helped get the problem corrected later in the same day. Not sure what we would have done had he not been there. Thanks again to James, Johnny & the entire team at Hughes! I cannot recommend them highly enough.

James and his team are amazing! This was our fourth home purchase and by far the most contentious with the sellers, but James keep the pressure on and steered the deal to where we wanted to land. Additionally, he eased our concerns for buying a home sight unseen through video chats and personally checking in on the property. I would absolutely use him again!
