Her first career of 13 years was in lending where she realized that she had a deep interest in the real estate business and helping others attain their dream homes. She left the lending field when her youngest daughter was born and was subsequently diagnosed with autism.
With both of her children now settled in full-time school, she is excited to continue helping others with obtaining their dream home! Shannon did an amazing job as our realtor. She went above and beyond with negotiations and also gave us a constant amount of input throughout the process. She always gave input and options when needed especially when we thought our USDA loan wasn’t going to get approved. Shannon was the epitome of professionalism before, during and after our investment property purchase. She took the time to sit down with us and discuss our needs and timeline. She didn't waste our time pushing houses at us that didn't meet all our criteria. The seller of the house we chose set a short timeline which Shannon was able to accommodate using her contacts to arrange all inspections within a few days. We made an offer on the second place we looked at and closed on it within about 30 days. It was smoothest real estate transaction that I have ever been involved in. Our situation was unusual, we needed something quick, and I was co-signing the loan with my disabled child.
